eXtractoflex is a general purpose Automated Data Extraction system used to extract user-specified data from paper or electronic documents (e.g. scanned or faxed images, emailed PDFs).
It is especially useful for extracting pertinent data from supplier invoices and shipping documents. e.g. invoice no., due date, PO number, taxes, amount due, terms. The extracted data is validated against the accounting system data if available. The accurate Accounts Payable data is transferred directly into accounting system therefore minimizing the need for manual data entry and verification. The results are improved productivity and accuracy.
